I needed an implant and was very nervous about the procedure and the cost. My husband had been to Dr. Pottorff and it was a good experience. I was going to a dentist in Algonquin that said he could do the implant at a much reduced rate. Something within me told me to ask the dentist for the complete treatment plan. It wasn’t anything like Dr. Pottorff treatment plan and this was a serious red flag. My husband didn’t have ANY problems. I am so glad I went with Dr. Pottorff and his team! Dr. Pottorff and his team know EXACTLY what they are doing. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and kept me informed. For follow ups they did not waste my time. My work schedule was considered when making appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Pottorff and his team for implants.

He spent time with me explained what was going on, steps to follow and gave me his personal phone number if I needed anything after the procedures. I never had to wait very long to be seen at any of my appointments which I was happy about.
